Jak X is actually quite fun. Though there is a bit of a difference with vehicle controls than within Jak II and Jak 3, primarely how the weapons are set up, but other than that, it is still rather fun to play. It also gives a bit more information about Krew and what he was outside of Haven City.

Right, but my speed bump to purchase is the save glitch. I've heard the Greatest Hits versions fixed it, I heard they didn't, I've heard it happens mostly on slim PS2s (which I have). I just don't want to risk losing my memory card to the glitch. So, as such, I ask, do you have it?

I haven't had any problems with saving as of yet, nor have I heard about these glitches. I do have the Greatest hits version though.

They talk about the glitch on Wikipedia. What kind of PS2 do you have though?

I have the older model of the PlayStation 2. That may be the reason why it hasn't happened to my memory card yet.

It has happened on the old model as well, but I don't recall if the GH version causes it on the older model.

Agreed. I understand it probably has also happened on the older model, but according to the article, at the very end, it mentioned that this happened more often on the newer models though. I haven't had any difficulties, nor has the other people that I have spoken to that have the game. If anything, the Greatest Hits version would probably be the safer version to buy, though the same difficulties within the original version still may be present within it, and at the same level of possibility.
