    This is simply unbelievable. Although it was a toy gun, it was of such minuscule size that it couldn't possibly cause harm to another person. Unless, a child put the toy in their mouth and accidentally swallowed it, but seeing the age group involved within the situation, I highly doubt that such an item would occur.

    His dad is a retired police man, so playing with a toy Lego police man with a miniature gun(although I do admit, how big is that thing in proportion to the police man? I mean, it looks like a freaking light machine gun). Hell, she could of just told him to put it away and don't bring it back to school. Instead, she threatens to suspend him and scare the hell out of him for something that makes no sense and will do no harm. I hope she goes through with suing them. It might make them employ a little more... uncommon sense.

    God, this is why we are doomed. The people who run the schools are getting more stupid every year, which means everyone not already academically trained will become more stupid every year.
