    Apparently, here the Rolls-Royce engines aren't that good, and the GE engines (General Electric) are catching up in efficiency and power. Rolls-Royce need to increase their game a little, if they wish their engines to be used in future aircraft. Strange, a friend of mine always told me Rolls-Royce was better than GE...

    That's because Rolls are normally more powerful.

    AA refused to buy the 777-300 because only the 777-200 came with the RR.
