In nearly every movie? That's incredible.

The number A113 (A1-13) is seen in every pixar movie but monster's inc. as a homage to a some class at CalArts (look it up yourself).

The Luxo ball first seen in Luxo, Jr. can be spotted frequently in the Toy Story Trilogy and in various other pixar productions (namely their short movies).

Voice actor John Ratzenberger can be considered an easter egg as he plays a character in each pixar movie.

The company Buy n Large can be seen in Wall-E, Up, and Toy Story 3.

The oil company Dinoco can be seen in Toy Story, Cars 1 and 2, and Wall-E

Don't worry that's pretty much all...

I've heard the pizza truck is in the highway scene, but I never saw it.

If you're talking about the highway scene in The Incredibles, I think it was eventually proved it wasn't actually the pizza truck.

My Pixarpedia (I actually have the encyclopedia called that...) doesn't say there is one I think.

    Bad joke.

I didn't aim for it to be a joke. Bad choice of words, I guess.
