Do you ever wonder where those weird people who show up in your life for a fleeting moment only to do nothing noteworthy and shortly after leave and never be seen again come from? Or maybe where they go? Or even if they actually exist? If you concentrate hard enough you can usually walk through the places you normally are and spot most everyone you've ever come within a certain distance of, or even remember when you've come near people you don't really interact with before and they were off somewhere in the background. But these people simply don't seem to be there before a certain point and after a certain point in time, and those two points are usually close together.

Sometimes the moment isn't so fleeting or short.
Sometimes what they do isn't so lacking in noteworthiness.
Sometimes those two points aren't so close together.
But where do we come from? Where do we go? Are we even really there? Are we glitches in individual memory, glitches somewhere in reality itself? How many of us are there? Are we just recycled somehow or do we genuinely disappear like it seems?
You'll never know unless you're one of us.
