Game seems to use Sonic Adventure 2's Kart racing mechanics.
The course looks complex.
Super Sonic apparently plays like how Super Sonic would've been if he was in Sonic Unleashed.

Man, the player sucked... also, Sonic couldn't stay still inside that car, could he? He kept jumping around and turning without using his hands...

The gameplay video was kinda underwhelming in my opinion. The trailer probably made me expect more. But the stage just seems so boring. Nothing really exciting. Looks fun, but I hope there are more crazier levels in the game. The screenshots of that Seaside Hill like level seem to have some pretty crazy features like the loop.
