What are your favorite movie soundtracks?


This is one of the few subjects I don't have a list of numbers. Some are just too good to put above the other.

The Phantom of the Opera

nothing comes to mind but what does come to my fingers is pirates of the caribean

-Lord of the Rings (I have a weakness for tempestuous and epic choral scores)
-The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (makes for a helluva road trip)
-Mars Attacks! (a mix of the silly and the creepy)
-The Matrix (not the techno-industrial songs, but Don Davis' score)
-Conan the Barbarian (I like to think of Conan almost like a silent movie with just the score, and it might still have the impact).

Edit: I feel guilty for missing this: Suspiria (extremely creepy and catchy)
