Where would you rather live? Metal City is more futuristic, with advanced cars and trains, high tech buildings, and other cool stuff, but Radical City has the natural scenery (in a valley surrounded by majestic mountains, onlooking the moon), with a pinball like park, casinos, Radical Mountain (my nickname for the mountain you race through there), and houses right next to the river.
Both have high towers (where both races' starting points were close to), both were the location of Chaos Emeralds once, both hosted a Grand Prix, and both races featured world famous characters participating in them.
