Read the entire thread. He'll have a suit to keep his body under a correct atmospheric pressure, because your blood would boil and bad things happen when pressure is as low as it is at 120,000 feet into the air.
Also, he probably will survive. They did something similar 10-20 years ago, and there was a malfunction in his suit to where his left hand glove was leaking. He still did it, even though they told him to abandon it if there were any problems. He survived, and luckily didn't lose his hand or even any fingers.
