The Comeback Machine

The rules are simple:
I will make a statement. You must reply to that statement with a good comeback. After that comeback, someone else must make another comeback. If nobody can beat your comeback, you win.

Your brain is so simple, a rat could find its way out without cheese at the end.

When I said 10 staris, I didn't mean 10 flights of stairs.
I meant 10 actual steps.
And yes, I transmit diseases that aren't even known to man yet. And not STD's. Something way worse.
