I have a speacial game making program on my computer, and can gladly make a fan game based on your Sonic fan character. If you would like to submit your character to be playable or make an appearence, post a picture of him or her, and I'll either approve or dissapprove. But one request, I'll need you to make a sprite sheet, or just sprites for your character.

Basically, you make one of these:
