Porsche is threatening to sue Nissan due to the fact that Nissan had displayed Porsche's logo (along with BMW's and Audi's) on one of their Nissan 370Z's, and displaying a tally chart to show how many times Nissan had beaten Porsche around the Nurburgring (which turns out to be 4 times, at the moment). Porsche, once they learned what their logo was being put to use for, threatened to sue Nissan for copyright infringement. Nissan's response was to replace the Porsche logo with the word "Porsche". Nissan, as it turns out, is guilty of several other such incidents in bad advertising.
