That's absolutely amazing. It boggles the mind when you think how far humanity has come. I mean, this lady used her toes to IM for help, and it (like I said earlier) boggles the mind how technology and humanity have bonded: right now, I'm not even looking at the keyboard when I'm typing this (although I certainly couldn't use my toes to type anything... or maybe I could, I wouldn't know, I haven't tried it yet). I'm no psychologist (not even close) but I'm sure they'd say that the human mind (as the centuries have gone on) have become more at ease with technology, as we are growing more and more used to such things.
