What sort of bosses, levels, physics, or power-ups would you like for Sonic 4:Episode 2? How would you want the music compared to the original? If Metal Sonic is coming back, would you want some sort of time-travel mechanic? Or a cameo from Sonic CD, perhaps?

Bosses - Something original each time. They can be callbacks, but please, above all else, don't be anything like the Egg Dealer...
Levels - Just new stuff, little to no references, and make them mysterious and thought-provoking if possible.
Physics - Preferably just steal Sonic 1-3's, but as long as they're getting better, I'm fine. They're usually good anyway.
Power-Ups - Bring back the shields at least, but they really should think about using power-ups from the old Game Gear games too. But especially the Combine Ring power-up from Knuckles Chaotix. That NEEDS to be a mainstay.
Music - MIDI. That's why I feel the Wii version is superior, and unless they do it for the other versions, I'm not going after them anytime soon.
If Metal Sonic returns, I'd be okay with time travel, as long as they keep it from going dumb. Aside from one tiny plothole in SNG, they actually do really good with time travel.

Plus, it was lazier to do 3D for this game because I think they just used the Sonic Unleashed model of Sonic.

Some parts of certain levels forced me to use the Homing Attack a bit too often, so I would tone down on those first. Also, I would remove puzzles that impede progress and interrupt the game's flow (I'm looking at you, Lost Labyrinth!).
Okay, maybe a change to the controls would be nice, especially when trying to control Sonic in midair during a jump or a cannon blast.
Graphically, however, I think E1 was a step in the right direction.

Would you guys like it if the game was like the Modern Sonic levels in Generations, or more similar to the Classic Sonic levels?
I wish the music was better; I didn't find the music in Episode 1 as good as its predecessors - the older games or the latest games. The only notable zone music I remember is Mad Gear.
