If you knew your legalese, you'd know that the staff have the right to do whatever they damn well please on this site so long as it doesn't break applicable law or the host's ToS, including ban whoever they want for any reason, including ones not explicitly or implicitly noted by the individual site's rules, or even ban them for no real reason at all. Happily, Zez is generally calm and level-headed and so on.
As for the other staff: Lan is a self-righteous prick, but he means and generally does well. When he doesn't he tends to have his hands thoroughly filled with me relentlessly opposing him even if Zez doesn't yank on his leash. I don't think the lone mod, Jmh, does much anything with his power, and LD is hardly around to do anything with his, seems like. But Zez is at the top of the chain. I could probably take over a dozen different ways if I really wanted to, but that would take annoying amounts of work for very little payoff and a high chance of net loss in hedons due to alienating Zez, who happens to be a dear friend of mine, so Zez is at the top.
