Does anyone know how to make a banner so we can have our own affiliation banner?

Something along the lines of this..?

Well, we want it to say in our sort of official dark blue colors in a rather bold and rounded font: TSC on the left side, and a Sonic Logo of like the Sonic's head shadow without the eys to the right with a rather dark blue background but lighter than the TSC, and the Sonic head being Gray. Yeah.

It's an improvement, but can the TSC have a black out line, and the background be a solid color, and there be an emblem of Sonic's head to the right like the one that used to be for "Who Is Online?", but without the eyes?

So once this is done what exactly will we do with the banner?
