12/12/12 - The Last Sequential Date

Today is the last sequential date most of us will likely see within our lifetimes. Some interesting facts about today and the number 12:

Bitch please, I'm rich as hell and we're like 20 years at most from having the industrial and technical capacity to start doing everything from fusion to nanotechnology. I'm gonna live forever. I'll see you five sequential dated December 12ths and who knows how many false doomsdays from now, when people stop caring about this shit and the advancement of technology makes doomsday impossible because not even the damn sun blowing up could kill us.

Plus if we use military time this January we'll have 13/13/13. That's how military time works, right?
