I went to a collector's shop and bought a Shadow the hedgehog action figure that had the archie Sonic logo, and archie font of; Sonic the hedgehog.

Really? =0 Woah, I'm a huge Sonic collector and I've never seen one of those before! I doubt it though, since they'd more likely make the SatAM characters than ones like Shadow if they were to make Archie action figures, but then I wouldn't know for sure as I've never seen one. Nice find though!

I looked everywhere on the box and found no signs that would tell me what it is. But I swear where it says "Sonic The Hedgehog" looked just like how they do it in the Archie comics, and that was the only one of their kind that they had, along with about 37 Sonic X action figures. I have never seen something like this before.

I know that there's already a line of "vintage" Sonic figures, reflecting how the characters (Sonic, Tails and Knuckles) were in the Genesis era (e.g. no green eyes, shorter and rounder, etc.).
To my knowledge I've never seen merch based on the Archie characters (save for a Princess Sally plush that was in the photo of someone's EXTREME collection).

Hehe, that someone would be me XD; I own 7 Sally items, including 2 plushies and 2 figures. But yeah she's the only character from SatAM/ Archie made in merchandise form.
