Planet 51 begins on an alien planet with a society akin to 1950's America. The voice actor for Astronaut Capt. Charles Chuck Baker is none other than Dwayne Johnson ("The Rock"), and other talented voice actors also play main roles, including:
Seann William Scott - The voice of Crash in the Ice Age movies, was also in Dude, where's my car? and Dukes of Hazzard.
Jessica Biel - I now pronounce you Chuck and Larry, 7th Heaven, and an episode of Family Guy, among others.
Justin Long - Dodgeball, Idiocracy, also voices Alvin in the new Chipmunks movies.
Gary Oldman - Gordon in The Black Knight
John Cleese - In tons of classics, including almost anything Monty Python.
Worth noting is that John Cleese was also The Black Knight in Monty Python's Holy Grail, which gives him some pretty legendary status in my eyes. (Surviving the flesh wounds, he also played Sir Lancelot and the taunting French guard in that movie.) The entire cast is pretty much all-star, which I hadn't fully realized until I started looking into all the movies and shows these guys have been on.
