how can someone go back to what he never was?

I don't think SEGA knows what to do with Tails these days other than to have him be what he always has been. The handling of Tails and his stories have been alittle poor to me. He deserves better treatment. Before all the new characters came, Tails held down the fort with Sonic. I hope SEGA will give Tails some character development and some re-invention soon.

Yeah, Tails is pretty much a basic sidekick type character, except he had his moments to shine in AoStH and Sonic Adventure.

Anyway, I don't know what to think about his intellagence. I mean he's only 8 and he;s this genius. I not sure if I like it that much. I think it would be better if he went back to what he was like in Sonic 2- SA. He was a mechanic. Not a genius. :Tails:

Sometimes I really do wonder if SEGA just gets a big kick out of making Tails a weaker and weaker character as time goes by. That's a far away theory, but I wouldn't be surprised if SEGA viewed Tails as the honorary punching bag. Some far away theories can be proven to be true. The fact is, Tails was an original character, and now his treatment is on par with the likes of Charmy Bee. Not much more to say here other than I hope those feelings for Sonic's little buddy change. :study:

A silly little thing to go on about. I've explained Tails's actual position in the series nowadays far too often for seeing these kinds of comments to not annoy me.

Tails purpose has become the lack there of in recent games.

That pretty much goes for everyone who isn't Sonic.

Most people say worse, and I agree. No one has purpose anymore. Even Robotnik.

Three people said better. How could they say that?

Sega should be charged for child abuse for what theyve done to Tals over countless years!

Really, all I've seen was a decrease in actual purpose and reason to be there. Not much about Tails himself has changed from what I can tell.
