Eh...personally, I don't think so. I think All About You stands just great on its own, but if that's what you need to do to have less clutter on these boards, then I support it.

Support All About You: Yeah it's a great and easier way to get to know your fellow user.
Oppose All About You: Some of those would be considered Random and could reduce clutter on the boards...

Fuse the All about you and New Members Honestly, If a member wants to post facts about them selves they will probably do it in there intro.

A big NO to fusing into random.
A smaller no to fusing into New Members.
The all about you board is populated with all these "favorite" topics, and the Birthday celebration. If this board were to disappear, where would we ask this stuff? I don't want random to be filled with these one word question topics, and not all new members will post these.
Right now, it seems fine in its own niche. Actually, I think we should even expand it.
If you have anything you want to say about yourself, or even if you want to ask a personal question, you should be able to post there. So have All About You also be for people who need some help with real life stuff (cuz Random isn't really appropriate for that).

I disagree to any further compression. I don't see it as clutter, and it's compression will more than likely have little, if any, benefit for the forum.
