I think Charmy's pretty cool, he can be quite funny. I still don't particularly like him because he doesn't appear often enough, but I probably would if he was a regular character.

While it does seem weird to not like a character because they haven't appeared often enough I'm glad you think he's pretty cool. I wish more people thought so.
