People have done comparisons. They shouldn't be hard to find, they'll use the same game, and compare, and from the ones I've seen, the 360 has better graphics.

It's a close call, some 360 games look better than some PS3 games, some PS3 games look better than some 360 games, some 360 games run smoother than PS3 games that look better than them, etc.
But they're both literally generations above the Wii.

Killzone 2 looks better than any game on the 360. Devil May Cry looks better on PS3. Alot of games have little to no important difference. Squadalah, they're wrong.

PS3 tends to have better lighting while 360 tends to have better performance.

Sony often fails with texture caching and fillrate, making up the loss for that with higher polygon counts. Xbox's graphics are derived from tried-and-true graphics cards from the PC market, particularily the Geforce3. DreamCast is also similarily superior to the PS2 in the texture cache area too.
