Re: Cartoon Network
I've ALWAYS hated it, seriously even when I was a kid I could never find even 1 thing I'd be interested in watching on there, I've always found it to be a bit TOO cartoony-cartoony for my liking.

Re: Cartoon Network
I've hated Cartoon Network for quite a while. Canceling Toonami was just icing on the cake.

I think he's referring to the TV show Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Re: Cartoon Network
There's more to it than that, there were tons of shows that were completely devoid of anything remotely controversial that were canceled too, times change.Kriegsmarine wrote:over protective parents who are too dumb to just block shows on their own and instead write a letter to the editor asking for the show to be taken off

Re: Cartoon Network
The two below that I'm unsure about, but for one, Zim was on Nickelodeon, and for another, the writers all just disbanded because they feared it becoming a "runaway hit" and being far too annoying to write, as someone put it in the DVD commentary. If I recall correctly, they also said in the commentary that they themselves begged the Nick execs to cancel the show. Zim was surely a great loss, but it was not due to tard parents.Kriegsmarine wrote:you guys do know what caused this...
