The burglar/Ghost music in the original Sims used to scare the crap out of me. Heck, it still does.
When I first played Super Mario 64, I was really little. Like, Kindergarten. Bowser gave me nightmares, as blurry and blocky as those graphics were.

Can't think of much... I know that Doom 3, Fatal Frame, and F.E.A.R. have made me jump, but that's kind of the point. God damn F.E.A.R., making things quiet so you have to turn it up so they can blast any audio they want at any time and make you jump to the ceiling...
