Skin Selector
An skin selector would be nice. Everyone doesn't like dark themes.

Re: Skin Selector
We've been trying to figure out how to do this for literally months now.

Re: Skin Selector
Strange... Well, I suppose we'll just have to keep looking towards the stars and whisper under breath, 'Someday... Perhaps... Someday, we'll have a skin selector'.

Re: Skin Selector
As I've said before, it's not possible (at least last I asked). Maybe someday it'll be possible, but not now it seems. The best thing I can advise is make one and get the majority to agree on it.

Re: Skin Selector
It is all well, and possible. We simply need someone who is well versed in CSS. Then we can get a move on it. Stop saying it's impossible, those are lies.

Re: Skin Selector
Albino Nega said he knows CSS over at TM as Pillpoppa. Ask him about it.

Re: Skin Selector
It doesn't matter how knowledgeable you are of Forumotion. It matters how knowledgeable you are of CSS.

Re: Skin Selector
I know a forumotion forum that had a skin selector :)
I'm an active member at that forum too
but the owner deleted the skin selector as it took too long for it to load (all skins loaded at the same time)...
if u'r interested u can always ask the owner, but I wouldn't advise it... the loading time gets ugly and u'r forced to stay simple
I wouldn't advise it.

Re: Skin Selector
i think this forum overall needs a rehash
the skin is nice
but something more polished would be better
and a more original banner.

Re: Skin Selector
This isn't a v-bulletin...
its phpBB 2...
if a skin selector were to be installed, it would have to be created from scratch...
thats a ton of coding... u'd have to create 2+ skins along with all the javascript (I think) that switches the CSS files together...
its hard enough on forumotion... and it would most probably wreck the loading time...
