I'd wager that most of your members have already seen that page, or at least will care none about it until the wiki is actually up. Additionally, I fail to see what's taking so long. Setting a wiki up should take a few minutes at worst, at least with all the ones I've seen. Are you being stupid and trying to make all of the articles yourself or something?
