Atari 2600

Talk about old school! :D

I'm sure most of us haven't even played an Atari gaming system, (I know I haven't), but from what you have seen and read about back in those days, what are your opinions of those old machines? Even though the Atari bottomed out towards the end, you gotta admit that they opened the door for future gaming platforms.

I had the chance to try it once, and it was actually fun. They did a really good job with most of their games. (Exept for E.T and Texas Chainsaw Massacure) they did a great job for a 4-Bit console.

That too. As well as Halloween, and a few other Halloween based games.

I had one, it didn't work, I opened it up. a connection was broken, someone tried to tape it back!

I love the Atari 2600.

It's okay. Games that tried to be complex always fell flat on their face though.
