Capcom Fighters

I've kinda wanted to see what the general consensus was on these. Some people love them while others can't stand them. Personally, I'm a huge fan of these. I can't explain why, but they are some of my favorite games. I know I can't be alone in my opinion, but I'm curious as to what everyone thinks of them.

Examples of Capcom fighters: Street Fighter, Darkstalkers, Rival Schools, Red Earth, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, the VS series (Marvel, SNK, Tatsunoko)

While Power Stone is a fighting game developed by Capcom, I'm talking about Capcom's most famous style of fighters, the 2D ones, so I wouldn't include it in the same general category as the others.

A lot of people are going to hate me for saying this but I hate MvsC2. I played the trial with my brother and couldn't understand the controls at all.

I also downloaded Super Street Fighter 2 turbo HD remix and it was alright but I don't ever play it at all.

The only ones I like are the Marvel ones, and that's really only because of the Marvel characters. I don't understand what's supposed to make them so great.

These Capcom fighter games are not too bad, but I find they lack roleplaying ability, for some reason.

I like them, thought I haven't played them enough.

Although I can find references to Tatsunoko and Capcom in your avatar, I can't find these in your signature.

meh, havent played enough. Ive played Tatsunoko vs. Capcom a few times, and its pretty fun, pretty addicting too

I'm actually a bit of a fan of the many Capcom fighter games available. Though I haven't had the chance to play the Marvel Vs. Capcom series, or Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom, I have played Street Fighter, Power Stone, and Final Fight (If I recall correctly, it was made by Capcom.) quite a bit, and to be quite truthful, they are some of the best fighting games that I have played within my years of gaming.

I'm huge fan of fighting games in general, and no other company has made as many consistently good fighting games as Capcom. It's just a shame people only remember the gimmicky casual games like MvC2 and Smash Bros.
