Sonic R was made for windows 95. It won't work on a non-ancient PC.
Also, you have too many crappy Sonic games. Get Super Mario Sunshine, ya fool.

Oh! Get Sonic's Ultamite Genesis Collection! It's one of my favorite 360 games.

Ultimate Genesis is quite a good game, from what I've heard.
