I like MvC2 better than Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, but if you can, get both. They're both awesome crossover fighting games.

Well, word of advice, download it over PlayStation Network or Xbox Live Arcade if you can. It's got HD sprites, custom music capabilities, online play, and it plays like the arcade and Dreamcast versions. The PS2 and Xbox versions are glitchier and slower compared to the Dreamcast version, but also pricier due to a limited print run.
