I know this message may seem a bit late on behalf of the staff, and it's an understandably so stance on this issue. As many of you probably already know, and have noticed, many elements in the site have been behaving erratically, with disappearing post background, upside down posts, infinite and inexplicable spaces, broken quotes, and rollover links, among other problems. This announcement is meant to address this issue and it's prevalence throughout the site and its discussions.
Firstly, I'd like to address the conclusions many of the members here have jumped to, and to debunk the false assumptions. This is in no way an update, no administrator has been tampering with the site's integral coding, and it's not possible for this to have happened. The site was not hacked, no one was able to maliciously affect any of the site's functions in any manner, so any theories revolving this should be dismissed.
Secondly, please note that none of these problems are preventing any member from posting, and participating, while it is acknowledged that these issues considerably hinder these actions, every segment of the site is still working and carries out the operations as desired, most of these errs are superficial, while others moreso, and I'd like to say that while these are somewhat deterring obstacles, I encourage you to keep about your usual activity, thus far no data has been lost or deleted in an unwarranted manner, and there should be no concern on this.
Lastly, this is not solely a TSC problem, it is universally a ForuMotion, and all subsequently subsidiary forums thereof are experiencing similar difficulties, and ForuMotion is well aware of this. While there hasn't been a definitive answer from ForuMotion as to what precisely the issue is that is causing all of this havoc, it is being addressed and looked into. Some of these problems may possibly be fixed through the CSS, however, the CSS is quite large, it may take a considerable amount of time to go through it, two, I'm not well versed in its functions, and I may excacerbate the situation further, third, I'd like to wait for official information from ForuMotion about it so they can provide suggestions about it before taking matters into our own hands, and fourth, some of those problems I don't believe they all can be entirely repaired in CSS, however most of them probably can. However this message may be taken, I'd also like to supply additional reference resources so you can appease your curiosity at your own whim, so I've provided ForuMotion Support Forum links below, to a few different related topics, and the henceforth discussion of it. I hope this announcement was helpful, or at the very least cleared up a few questions here and there on this, and I'll update you on any new information that comes of this crisis as it happens.
