The casino has been removed. Now, allow me to explain why.
The casino was a decent concept only in theory. In reality, it only causes confusion, between when the person chooses they want to gamble, having personnel on hand who actually take the requests, which we don't have, getting the results, having to process that in, add or subtract the amount, it's a hassle for a novelty. The issue only gets worse with the ring donations, because there's two sides to that operation, so it's doubly insufficient.
I proposed that the only 3 items in the store that have any popular demand; username changes, custom ranks, and trophies, each have their own separate topic wherein people can request them. This way we can keep the rings system, lessen confusion, make the time from when the request is made to when they get it, shortened, and we save index space by removing a forum. Now, unless you have a different alternative, in which case I'm all ears, this is how we'll keep it.
