.......Sega to SEGA? Again, please.

I don't know why this is such a problem, but can we change the Sega board to SEGA again? It's how the company itself spells it...

It makes that forum look more important.
And it draws attention from the other forums. Little details do make a difference :)
I think it should be kept the way it is.

Because of it being correct? I don't think so. I go for factual, precise, information. Do you think anyone will honestly scroll to the gaming section and click on SEGA because of its capitalization blinding everything else?

I like it just the way it is. It's just weird to capalize it.

I guess we could capitalize it since that is how it's officially spelled. I would do it right now, but I'm not an admin anymore.

Not intentionally no. Capitalizing, underlining, bolding,.. All methods to attract attention.
It makes it look special and out of place.
The thing that makes it look capitalized is the font. Sega or SEGA look exactly the same using that particular font.

Since the Sega font is not available when it comes to the webkit fonts, Sega/SEGA will have to replace it :mrgreen:

It should be SEGA since that is how the company itself spells its name. Like NiGHTS. Or Like the Space Colony ARK. Or GameCube.

I'm more annoyed about how it's listed below Nintendo. This is a Sonic forum. Show some Sega loyalism.

I never thought about that, but it is strange that Sega is ordered below Nintendo. Changing that might be a nice little detail if it can be done easily. Either that, or put Microsoft above Nintendo and make it sorted by alphabetical order. "Se" comes before "So" and G comes before all of them, so that's all you'd have to do.

I don't care about the order, all I care is that Sega is wrong, it should be SEGA.

I must agree. Seeing that the logo, as well as the fact that people type it as an all-capital name, it would be proper to keep it as SEGA instead of Sega.

I also agree. If the company themselves spell it SEGA, then that's how it should be spelled on the forum.

You've got a point, sykog. His administrator status means that he could easily alter it if he wished. He has to get it clarifired with Zezzy first, though, before he can do anything.

But if anything Sega should definitely be SEGA.

And about SEGA's placement in the forum. Shouldn't SEGA be on the bottom? Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft are all First Party Developers. If anything, SEGA should be on the bottom.
