Sonic Adventure they pretty much showed Perfect Chaos in the second trailer.
Sonic Heroes they put Neo Metal Sonic in the first trailer and the friggin' Intro!
Sonic 06 showed Mephiles in the first screen of Shadow.

Now with Sonic and the Black Knight we barely seen what will happen over the whole story, so yeah, Sega learned not to spoil too much.

If there's one thing SEGA is improving on, it would be that they're doing a better job of not spoiling the big things of the game. I would agree with you there.

What's there to spoil? Sonic's rivals are knights and the Black Knight will be the final boss, what else do we need to know?

Just another way to compare Sonic and DBZ. Both spoil ya before you see what happens.

Before the official press release of Unleashed, there were bits of artwork featuring His Werehogness leaked well before then.
