It's an official Sega forum linked to the Sonic 4 homepage. An admin has posted the news... not to mention that the topic is stickied. I don't think this is fake :)
You really didn't prove anything... that's the Sega person I'm talking about who said he's going to announce it sometime during the week. He's not the IGN person who announced it.
I'm saying to take RubyEclipse's word on it when he says something and wait until then. I'm not saying IGN is wrong but I'd rather hear it from Sega.
