Why Miles and Cosmo, why not just Knucles or even Sonic. I understand that Miles liked Cosmo, and he was forced to shoot her, but.....why him? Grr

Anyways OP I believe it was because he was the only one that could at the time (It's been a while since I've seen it, and I'm not watching that ever again). Either that or it was bad story writing to try and make it have "suspense".

This is less a question about Tails' character and more a question about the story writing of Sonic X. Moved to Sonic media.
Also, maybe he had to do it because of the "love/crush" story thing they did with them in that one episode and the contrasting drama caused by Tails having a crush on Cosmo. Also, I don't remember what happened very well, but didn't tails shoot her with his mech/plane? Or did he have to shoot her with something on the ship thing?
If it was done by the tornado(if it's called that in the anime), Tails is the only one who knows how to pilot it.(unless Chris could do it as well?)

Hey now, just because you don't like Sonic X doesn't mean no one else did...I thought it was pretty good...
Anyways, as people were stating before he was probably the only one available at the time (I haven't finished the show yet, but I'm almost there) and as for why Cosmo had to be shot, she was being used as not only a spy but I believe it was one of those "kill me so I can't hurt you anymore" type of things.
