Why is there's an invisible "report post to administrator" button next to quote?

Ah, who knows. I can't really be bothered to deal with it, I mean there's not a lot to do around anyways, might as well just put it off.

Sounds really negative, haha. ^ But seriously...

I have no idea why that's there.

    I just noticed it though...

I believe that he's using a sarcastic remark implying that it shouldn't just be left alone. Whether or not I agree with the statement will be kept to myself.

I've fiddled with it, but it won't show the picture that is set to be there. Maybe a certain Cy-Fox can help?

When Reimagined was being created we needed to convert all the buttons from the HTML to the CSS in order for the skin selector to work. We couldn't find the CSS class name for the report button and we were testing a few random names. I had asked Zezima to add an invisible replica to stretch the container with the supposed button (this happens alot with FM... the CSS is messed up =/)
I think Zezima forgot to remove it xD
    To remove it... go to:
ACP-> Display-> Pic Management-> Advanced-> Buttons-> and replace all the report buttons with the following image: https://2img.net/i/fa/prosilver/icon_post_reported.gif

There is a way to remove the report feature. I suggested removing it, but Zezima insisted to keep it... so I wouldn't remove it if I were you xP (Just replace the button with the link as explained above, until a proper CSS solution is found)
