Dropped Characters You Liked

Which dropped characters did you really like? It doesn't matter how long they were in the Sonic series. What made you like those characters? Also, which dropped character is the most likely to come back?

Off the top of my head at the moment:
Mighty (for obvious reasons)
Bark the Polar Bear (looks to me like he had potential)
Fang/Nack (one of the most popular)

Metal Sonic

Mephiles.
I think they should bring him back.
There are too many good guys and Eggman alone isn't enough bad guys.
I even thought of the scenario of how he can come back.

They said they split Solaris, the flame of hope, into two entities:
Iblis (The fire) and Mephiles (The shadows).

The revelation would be that Solaris wasn't the flame Elise blew out, Solaris was the whole room. And since Elise blew out the flame, the shadows covered the whole room instead of being only half the room.

Thus Sonic Nextgen only didn't happen because nobody split Solaris, because there's nothing to split, all of Solaris is simply Mephiles.

And thus after a long time (or in this case, the game where he'll return) Solaris will finally corrupt again (technically it would be the exact same time as Sonic Next Gen, only in a different scenario, basically the situation happens again only differently) and become Mephiles.

I guess for irony's sake we could make him imitate Shadow's form again, or maybe we'll make him more interesting by literally imitate anyone's form he sees.

Think about it, Mephiles as a Corrupted Sonic like he was a Corrupted Shadow, or a Corrupted Knuckles, Imagine all the different forms he'll get!

I won't quote it cuz it's huge, but I dont like mepfeles. He seems Dark and out of place of the Sonic Franchise, like Black Doom. Those edits are pretty cool though.

He's supposed to be after all. But yeah, he is a little strange for Sonic, but I'm okay with that.

Pretty much just Fang, unless we count the post-Sonic X flanderizations as different characters.

Really, none of them.

I like the Chaotix but find myself not caring much for Mighty really.

And when you say dropped, you mean from the games and not the series right? Because some of these people are still in the Archie community I believe.

And Metal Sonic may not have had an appearance in a games since Rivals 2 but I wouldn't consider him dropped just yet.

Gamma.

That tends to happen when a character dies, especially when it's a robot. But at least Gamma was/is being hinted all over the place in recent games. It's a lot better then what some of these other dropped guys got.

Do Tiara and Honey count? They may be classed more as 'forgotten' characters, but they were in a way dropped, because they were never used. I don't like any other dropped character, they all looked boring IMO. I reckon Tiara and Honey would've made great characters if they were to exist, especially Tiara.
