Dr. Eggman's IQ is over 300... But his robots are really stupid, esspecially if your IQ is ovah 300. So I'm voting for Tails.

You do have a point there, but Tails also doesn't sit around and try to make all of this stuff all the time. What I mean is, he doesn't hang out in some base or lab all day trying to devise some new robot or contraption. It doesn't matter, he created a historically, epicly, large mechanical floating fortress: Revised version: Eclipse Cannon. Tails had to study the charactersitics of a mystical power source, and recreate it. I'm pretty torn here, it sound even, just different subjects. Tails would never have the patience to build a fortress solo, but Robotnik I don't think could really figure out how to unlock the chaos force. They each have their own specialty.

Well, looking to the past pretty much verifies your thinking, Zezima. When STH 1 described Ivo's searching for the emeralds, it said he was digging up the island to find them. But they weren't in the island, but in the special stages only someone with the power of rings could even enter.

I doubt an attack name from that Sonic Battle handheld would be enough to proof Tails' actual IQ however. They need to release an official one so people don't get all confused.
