I've never liked Hyper Sonic all that much, I've always been more of a fan of Super Sonic. I wouldn't mind them bringing him back, but I'd prefer them to just stick with Super Sonic.

They would go through countless lawsuits from people who will sue them for causing their children/themselves major epilepsy, what with all the flashy colors and and sparks...

I'd be willing to leave only have him in white if it made Hyper easier, but even then, it still wouldn't happen. As much as I like Hyper, it won't be seen again. And maybe it's better this way. After all, it makes STH3&K a bit more special to be the homeplace of the Hypers. Although it is still sad since that probably means Tails probably won't go Super again.

I agree, Hyper was just an extra in S3&K because S3 and S&K got split during development.
If they're gonna put Super Sonic in levels now, they might as well just give Super Sonic Hyper Sonic's abilities, so we wouldn't need Hyper Sonic anyway.
