Sonic Crackers turns 15 yesterday

Yup, it's been fifteen years today since Crackers was first made.

And although it was speculated to be so, concrete evidence of what Sonic Crackers was really came forth in the form of an early (And very buggy) prototype of Knuckles' Chaotix.

Fifteen years...a long time for this proto. So let's hear it for Sonic Crackers. Happy birthday!

Yes it was a 2-D game but it wasn't released. It was turned into Knuckles Chaotix and I think Sonic Crakers was going to be Sonic 4 but im not sure.

Crackers is a mess. The final product, Knuckles Chaotix, was a masterpiece.

A 2-D game that also wasn't released. You won't see me anywhere near it that much is certain.

It's a very interesting Alpha version of Knuckles' Chaotix. Very interesting to look at, the physics aren't right, and there's no enemies, power ups, rings, or bosses. It's a simple ROM, you should *obtain* it. It's worth checking out.

And to anyone that hasn't played the 2D games, check them out. They're much, much better than the newer Sonic games.

Ahahahaha. I've pretty much made up mind on the 2-D games and I'm finding the newer ones more enjoyable. I could care less which ones were factually better in terms of quality really. If I can't have fun playing them then who cares?

Everyone's just so curious about me. I don't know whether to be flattered or annoyed. I feel a bit in between I suppose.

All the ones I've completely played through to then end then? SA2:B, Heroes, Shadow the Hedgehig, SA1: DX, Riders, Riders: ZG, Sonic Next-gen, and Unleashed. Everything else isn't done yet due to lack of interest most likely.

Thought so...have you even tried the Genesis games?

Yes I have played them. You asked me about all the games I've played through completely though. If you wanted to know if I had played any genesis games then you should've just asked me instead of trying to back me into an imaginary corner.

I made it clear that I was trying to avoid looking like I was jumping to conclusions by saying "whether you were trying to be hostile or not." Fortunately, I'm not that kind of idiot either.

And if by throughly you didn't mean completely then what exactly did you mean by it? Explain it so I can have a better understanding.

And that doesn't answer my question as to why you didn't just out right ask me if I had played these genesis games in the first place. But I really don't care anymore so it doesn't matter. Besides, it wouldn't have made much difference either way. Expect me to get like this whenever someone asks me such things regardless of their mood towards me.

There's more than one way of asking a question, I just took a different route, it's perfectly legal.

And I wouldn't advise getting all defensive when someone asks you a question. There's no point to it, and you're just wasting energy if you try to overzealously (is that a word?) defend your opinion.

But by thoroughly, I just meant it like you played through more than one level. You don't have to completre a game to have a good understanding for the design, gameplay, and mechanics.

Never said it wasn't legal. I'd of probably done it sooner or later myself.

And I don't think it's a waist of energy. Typing isn't that hard to do. And it's not getting defensive over a question. It's getting defensive over certain ones.

And next time just explain what you mean better. Just saying thoroughly can be easily mistaken either way.

And if I act like a regular human by getting angry at something that ticks me off again then I'd dismiss it as something that stemmed from my mind and reveals something about my character. Of course, I'm not like this at all normally. But I'm going to continue thinking that my response to you wasn't unnecessary but also wasn't completely necessary either.
