[Query] A couple of questions

Okay, hopefully this isn't too noobish, but does anybody know how I put my date of birth on here? And also does anyone know how I put awards on as well? Also there's another thing that I was wondering, what are rings? I mean like it says I have like 60 right now, but I have no idea what they do and what they are? That's about it. Hopefully I didn't sound like a bigger noob then I already am.
