I think that what you could do is charge at least 200 rings to have a custom art avatar, the recipient just has to pay the rings, and just tell you in detail in what they want their custom art avatar.

another thing I though of was you could charge 10,000 rings for the club blue, so it won't be too easy to get this platinum edition.
