Pitch:
The Sonic Community is going to have a Banner Contest. Members who are willing to be involved are going to post a new banner they have designed. After the all the artwork is posted, we will have a vote. Whatever banner has the most votes, will become the Offical new banner for The Sonic Community for the time being.

RULES:
-Artwork can be drawn or photoshopped
-Can preferably be in color
-Nothing Offensive

Thoughts?

Also, if possible. The Sonic Community can also have a makeover. The choice is yours if it should be designed by a member.

I'd try and make one, but I know there are much better artists out there, with much better programs, so I'll wait to see what greatness someone hopefully makes. Although I'd imagine this great work probably wouldn't use sprites, unless it's like spanning both the entire sonic universe and it's entire time span, which could be epic if done correctly.

That's pretty good. Although, you need to find a higher quality version of that sonic pic, and need to crop it from it's background a little better, so it's not blurry and doesn't have a blocky black edge around some of it. The font is also a little generic, but change those and you'd have a very good banner.
