Used to, I actually was a paying member for a bit. For it being a free MMORPG on the internet, with no actual downloads, it's a great quality. But, if you have the means to buy WoW or something like that, I could understand why you wouldn't want to play RS. But it is extremely successful considering its roots.
Also, there will be no public trading of accounts on here, it's against JAGeX rules, and this forum might be held liable; it's happened before to other places, believe it or not.
