Which actually makes no sense since Knuckles' dreads flail around when he's gliding in Sonic Heroes. But they fixed that in Sonic and the Black Knight where his dreads stans straight again.

I think it is really awesome. I love gliding everywhere with him in the Adventure games. Which happens alot when I can't find a darn emerald. Then I feel like fooling around and fly everywhere.

It wasn't always like this, Knuckles used to be able to fly (ie in the Sonic Movie) cus of something like a ring he wore or something.

Like someone said before me, no stranger than a blue hedgehog. Although while I've seen a hedgehog curl up into a ball I have never seen an anteater glide by any means
