Re: What is your favorite Video game?
I appreciate what Mirror's Edge does (first-person parkour), but I didn't quite get into it as much as I wanted to.
My personal favorites:
-Sonic 3 and Knuckles (the game that got me into gaming)
-Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy (POWER! UNLIMITED POWER!)
-Star Wars Battlefront II (Star Wars combat in its finest form)
-C&C Red Alert 3 (I worked on this game, and I still play it to this day)
-Darkwatch (Vampire-Western-Halo)
-Earthworm Jim 2 (still makes me laugh)
-Beatles Rock Band (I grew up a Beatlemaniac, and RB is already fun)
-BioShock (Don't call it a Halo clone, WOULD YOU KINDLY?)
-Batman: Arkham Asylum (combining the essence of The Dark Knight and Bruce Timm's Batman animated series)
-Portal (an extraordinary FPS that challenges the paradigm of the FPS)
