Thought: Delete TSC Rules forum? I say yes.

Definitely keep them. It's way better than having NO rules. At least that way, if someone makes a mistake, we can show them what they did wrong. But without it, people would be like, "but you never said I couldn't!!!" and whatnot.

Keep the rules, but move them somewhere else. Move them to New Members as a sticky, like STA said.
