Good thing I'm omnipotent. Also, for the spell to actually activate, the caster has to be dead-set on death for death's own sake. Which means, SS either came across a glitch, or he's crazy as hell.

Like how to use the crucaitus curse,crucio,you have to mean it.Not just be filled with anger.Enjoy it.Be a crazy killer.Example:Harry failed to cast the crucaitus curse for very long in book five because he was only filled with anger wanting to get revenge on Sirius.
